- ➤ Walla Walla Valley Disability Network received a $20,000 grant in February to offer free after-school programs for children under 13 — LIFT for ages 5 to 8 and RISE for ages 8 to 12 — with events held every other Monday and registration due the Sunday before each event. Union-Bulletin
