  • Cheap Trick will headline the summer concert at the Walla Walla Fair & Frontier Days, with tickets available March 27 at 10:00 a.m. and the performance set for September 2 at the fairgrounds.  KONA

ENVIRONMENT NEWS

  • Flooding from heavy weekend rains damaged homes along Mill Creek in the Kooskooskie area and breached levees along the Touchet River, leading to road closures in Waitsburg. Officials urged residents to steer clear of recovery work areas + heavy equipment in the region.  Union-Bulletin

HEALTH NEWS

  • The Alzheimer's Association is offering a free caregiver support group from 2 to 3 p.m. on the first and third Wednesdays at the Walla Walla Senior Center (720 Sprague Ave) where leader Mimi Brown helps participants share tips to manage daily challenges.  Union-Bulletin
