- ➤ CTUIR was awarded a $6.91 million federal grant to modernize fish hatcheries serving Walla Walla Valley. The funding will improve internet connectivity, maintenance, and infrastructure at three facilities (Nursery Bridge near Milton-Freewater, Umatilla near Irrigon, and ˀImtwaha near here) as work begins when funds are transferred.
