Frog Hollow Farm is hosting its 12th annual plant sale on May 4 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 174 Frog Hollow Road—offering organic and heirloom plants, food trucks and a meet-and-greet with baby farm animals along with a performance by The Welter Brothers from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Oxarc leased 4.75 acres at Burbank Industrial Park to store and distribute industrial gases such as CO2 via rail—following port approval on May 1 for a five-year term that may be extended.

The deal is expected to add $2,500 monthly to port revenue and create six initial full-time jobs without affecting nearby roadway projects.

Valley Transit returned three of its five new electric buses to BYD/RYDE after inspectors found defects + the manufacturer paid for repairs and transport costs.

General Manager Angie Peters said these buses will be ready for service by the end of June while all five will run by the end of the year.
