Fort Walla Walla Museum has been honored with an Award of Excellence from the Washington Museum Association for its bilingual multimedia tour featuring 26 video and audio stops developed during the pandemic to help visitors learn local history.
The museum will receive the award at the WaMA conference awards banquet on June 10 in Chelan+ its tour now offers Spanish access to regional exhibits.

Walla Walla High School’s class of 348 graduates celebrated their graduation on Friday, June 6th and learned that embracing imperfections is key to success.
Valedictorian Jailyn Davenport and her classmates earned honors like induction into the National Honors Society and the Washington State Seal of Biliteracy—lessons they say will guide their future steps.
