- ➤ Low-income families in Walla Walla with school-age children must apply for Sun Bucks by Friday, Aug. 29 to receive a pre-loaded $120 card that can be used at any EBT location — the school district uses free and reduced meal data to upload eligible students to the state. Additional summer meals will be available at sites including Walla Walla High School, the YMCA, and Sharpstein Elementary School — ensuring kids have food when school meals are not offered.
