- ➤ Guardian Cellars owners Jerry Riener and Jennifer Sullivan announced that the four-year tasting room (202 E. Main St.) will close on (Saturday, Aug. 16) due to a drop in sales and the upcoming end of the lease. - ➤ Residents at Rancho Villa on Dalles Military Road saw relief when their renewed leases had a lot rent increase capped at 5% under the new state law—preventing a jump from $465 to $600. Union-Bulletin
