- ➤ Wheeling Walla Walla Weekend will take place on Sept. 5-6 as residents get ready to see a car parade on Friday evening that starts at 6 p.m. at the County Fairgrounds with a new route along Bryant Avenue due to construction, while Saturday brings a car show of over 500 vehicles on Main Street from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and an awards ceremony at 3 p.m. along with a Downtown Farmers Market from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Union-Bulletin
