Waitsburg voters will decide on a levy in the Nov.
4 election that adds 60 cents per $1,000 of assessed value to bring in about $135,000 a year for a new community pool project starting in 2026. The funds will pay for building the pool near the Waitsburg Dog Park and help the Parks & Recreation district secure competitive grants—Friends of the Waitsburg Pool have raised over $90,000 to support the effort.
