- ➤ Residents can enter the annual holiday light contest run by the Provost Real Estate Team until Dec. 20, and entries before Dec. 6 will earn special notice for the Jingle Bus route. Valley Transit will operate the decorated bus rides on Dec. 16, 17, 19, 20 and 22 from 5:30 p.m. and 7 p.m.—each bus carrying 28 passengers with awards for top finishers. Union-Bulletin
