- ➤ On Dec. 5, a dog rescued a family from a house fire in Walla Walla & local emergency officials confirmed the quick act helped everyone escape harm. Apple Valley News Now
CULTURE NEWS
- ➤ On Dec. 2, the Weller Public Library revealed three new stained-glass windows created by John Czarneki (Light & Line Stained Glass Studio) using 278 pieces of glass for Hometown Christmas. Friends of the Library enlisted Waitsburg resident Andrew Knee to install the exterior panels while he readies indoor molding and lighting. Waitsburg Times
